Alpha Soda - Banquets & Catering

With Charles Petrakopoulos' expertise and experience, clients are guided easily through each step of planning a private party or catering your next event, including the dozens of little details that can't be overlooked. Having made this area of service his specialty, Charles makes the process of booking large parties or catering your next event as simple as reserving a table for two.

Seating capacity ranges from 10 to 60 in our private, attached dining room. The entire restaurant can be reserved after hours for large parties of 100 or more. All our menu items are available for takeout and are also available in larger quantites. We sell our classic homecooked vegetables & casseroles by the pint & quart to help feed relatives and guests. Other items such as hummus can be ordered and prepared on trays ready to present to your guests at your next party or event. In addition we always have a wide variety of cheesecakes, pies, desserts & cakes available for pick-up anytime.

Alpha Soda can cater your next event at affordable rates. Options include:

Large orders available to be picked up by the customer. (You choose the menu and quantity; we prepare it in convenient ready-to-serve disposable aluminum containers.)
Delivered, set up, and picked up by our staff. (This includes delivering the goods, setting them up on bane maries, and having everything ready for your guests so that you and your staff can easily self-serve the event.)
Deliver and staff the event. (We cook the food, we deliver it, we set it up, we serve it in uniform in a professional manner. We break it all down, clean up and your hands and head are clean of any worry or any messy situations at an extremely affordable price.)
